Two Companies Join the CSG AI Subdivision; the Newcomer Tendrio Shows Great Market Potential.

In the spring of this year, within the CSG Aerospace Division—part of the Czechoslovak Group (CSG) industrial and technology holding—a new subdivision called CSG AI was established. Its goal is to gradually bring together companies and solutions that use artificial intelligence. Two companies have now joined the subdivision: Tendrio and JATISmro, each representing a standalone product.

The first significantly shortens the evaluation time of tender documentation through AI; the second serves as an extension to specialized ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and markedly streamlines maintenance of aircraft and other heavy transport vehicles such as ships or trains.

Both products were developed over several years by a specialized AI team at CS Soft. After development was completed, they were spun off into separate companies and subsequently became part of the CSG AI subdivision. Tomáš Richtr, who also serves as COO of CS Soft, has been appointed CEO of both newly established joint-stock companies.

The main advantage of Tendrio is the substantial reduction in the time needed to evaluate tender documentation. The system handles a wide range of input formats—Word, PDF, scanned texts and images, tables and charts—and performs the evaluation in a fraction of the time even a very experienced professional would require. In addition, the system can compare the tender documentation with the bidder’s product or solution and assess the degree of alignment.

“For Tendrio, we use our own AI model, which we train and continuously improve, and around which we build other components of the solution. The product is offered as SaaS (Software as a Service), and we provide all customers with a 14-day trial. It is multilingual, supports OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and can interpret images. We are fine-tuning these capabilities and gradually adding more. Customer feedback has been very encouraging. The competition does not yet offer anything comparable, which is why we see great potential in Tendrio,” says Tomáš Richtr.

Before its official launch, Tendrio underwent several months of testing within CSG Group companies. It is applicable across a wide spectrum of industries and generates significant time and cost savings for all entities participating in tenders.

JATISmro Will Reduce Aircraft Maintenance Costs

The second company to join CSG AI is JATISmro. Developed by CS Soft specialists in cooperation with the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) company Job Air Technic, the system leverages artificial intelligence to make aircraft maintenance—and potentially also maintenance of ships and comparable complex assets—more efficient. It functions as an extension to ERP systems used in the MRO segment, such as Quantum or AMOS.

At Job Air Technic, JATISmro was tested for several years as an extension to the Quantum ERP system. Its AI models were trained on seven years of historical work orders. As a result, the system can predict the time demands of likely maintenance tasks, based on the aircraft type and age as well as its typical operating environment derived from prior work for the same operator.

“Thanks to advanced AI algorithms, the system can set an optimal sequence of maintenance steps. It considers the current aircraft configuration, project phase, spare-parts availability, required tools, much more efficient inventory management, and many other constraints. At the same time, it allocates human resources so that each maintenance job is as efficient as possible and downtime is minimized. This allowed us to increase maintenance efficiency by up to ten percent, generating both financial savings and better utilization of human resources,” explains Tomáš Richtr.

JATISmro is now fully tested; the company is offering it globally and expects wide adoption among aircraft maintenance providers worldwide.

Both products and both companies fit squarely into the strategy with which CSG AI was established this year. The subdivision focuses on two primary areas: optimization of internal business processes and Industrial applications, particularly predictive maintenance, logistics optimization, and related fields. A clear advantage for CSG AI is that new solutions can be validated within the CSG Group and then deployed commercially—exactly as in the case of Tendrio and JATISmro.
